About The Role

You will be the support of the Events & Experiences Regional Team in the Fashion Swiss Markets Region (Switzerland, Latin America & India), to orchestrate extraordinary experiences for different segments of clients, to continually surprise and delight our clients reinforcing CHANEL’s authority as a luxury leader.

MISSIONS

Your role will mainly be to support the

  • communications with Global team & Local markets team
  • targeting & analysis around impact of events & experiences before and after

Split into 2 main topics

EVENTS

  • Supporting markets in facilities organization and all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
  • Supporting markets on the communication assets
  • Document post-event feedback consolidation to understand areas of success and improvement
  • Competitive monitoring consolidation (reporting, insights sharing)

EXPERIENCES

  • Smooth coordination of the logistics for each Experience with strong attention to detail and reactivity. Including but not limited to invitation management, gifting preparations, and booking management.
  • Post-experience feedbacks consolidation to understand our impact and maximize improvements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Student from a Business School or University (Master level), you have a first successful experience in the Luxury sector or in Events.
  • You have a strong interest in Fashion & Luxury sector.
  • Your responsiveness and reliability combined with your sense of detail and strong organizational skills will be essential assets to carry out your missions.
  • You speak English fluently.

Job Conditions

An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions

  • The internship must be part of your study program.
  • The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.
  • The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.

Job Information

  • Contract: Full-time internship (100%) and in-person
  • Start date: January 4, 2027
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Working days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Geneva
  • Fluent in French and English
