• Driving licence required (client visits across patch)
• Hybrid working: 5 days in-office during training, 1-2 days from home

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment desk
• Building relationships with new and existing clients across the Liverpool market
• Generating new business opportunities through calls, meetings and networking
• Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates to opportunities
• Providing market insight and recruitment expertise to clients and candidates
