About The Role

Handle tasks related to price implementation and order processing
Download and manage contracts on clients' online portals (B2B and others)
Validate client orders for compliance with pricing offers
Implement and adjust client prices in SAP, in coordination with the sales department
Create and edit documents in the SAP system
Follow internal Aptiv procedures
Document tasks in the CRM system
Manage and organize assigned client portfolios effectively
Ensure key aspects of work are delivered on time
Adhere to Aptiv's values and ethics
Regularly update and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
Provide information to external and internal auditors
Maintain effective communication with Aptiv teams and build positive inter-team relationships
Seek improvements in current processes continuously
Cross-train to cover for colleagues' absences
Complete tasks and instructions assigned by the supervisor
Report significant issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
Work under the supervision and support of senior team members
