Position: Café Team Member

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Café Team Member to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering fantastic service, from taking food and drink orders at tables to serving up delicious meals and Costa Coffee drinks. If you have a passion for hospitality, a love for coffee, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver tasty food and mouth-watering drinks (including Costa Coffee) to tables with a friendly and efficient approach, ensuring guests have everything they need for a great dining experience.
Help keep the café looking inviting by maintaining a clean and organized environment. Ensure all areas are tidy, tables are cleared promptly, and safety standards are met.
Work closely with the rest of the café team to ensure prompt service, minimizing wait times and delivering a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Requirements

Prior experience in a Restaurant, Coffee Shop or Food Service role is a plus but not required .
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, multitasking and staying organized.
Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak times.
