We are currently seeking a Manager, Investigator Payments to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Investigator Payments at ICON, you will oversee and manage the investigator payment process for clinical trials, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payments. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize payment operations, improve processes, and maintain strong relationships with investigators and sites.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the end-to-end investigator payment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contracts and regulations.
- Overseeing the calculation, tracking, and processing of payments to investigators and clinical sites across multiple studies and regions.
- Collaborating with clinical teams, finance, and legal departments to ensure alignment and compliance with payment terms and agreements.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payment operations.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the investigator payments team, ensuring effective workload management and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Resolving payment-related issues and acting as the main point of contact for investigators and sites regarding payment queries.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred, with experience in investigator payments or financial operations within clinical trials.
- Proven experience in managing financial processes, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process optimization.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial management tools and systems, with a strong understanding of clinical trial agreements and payment terms.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality financial operations and supporting investigator relationships.
