General Accountant , a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Retail and Jasbe Order support
AP and AR invoice data entry
Basic bookkeeping
Reconcile accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP and AR.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payment schedules.
Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve any payment or invoicing issues.
Support an Australian (AU) campaign by providing financial and transaction-related assistance.
Prepare and present financial reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in supporting Australian campaigns or working with Australian clients is an advantage.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports.
