• -Safety and hygiene meeting (once per month, mandatory Japanese labour low )
• -Safety training for employees
• -Check and validate for permit work
• -Management of risk assessment and reducing risk level

Hygiene

• -Hygiene survey of working environment (Work environment measurement once per year)
• -Improvement of working conditions, hygiene of facilities, etc.

• Keep employees healthy

• Conducting health check-ups for employees (under Japanese health law)
• Enlightenment activities related to employee health.

• Poisonous substance management

Environment

• Exhaust gas management based on the Air Pollution Control Law
• Discharge water management

Discharge of process water prohibited.

• Management of legal compliance for noise and vibration
• Compliance with Fire Service Law
• Hazardous materials management
