Journeyman Plumber - Monroe

Must Have Louisiana Journeyman Plumber License or higher

Job Summary

Install, alter, or repair pipes, fittings, fixtures and equipment associated with Domestic Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer, Waste, and Venting systems in Commercial and Industrial structures. Also performs inspections and other tasks to ensure compliance with State and Local plumbing codes.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to Director of Service Operations

Education

• High School Diploma or Graduation Equivalency Diploma
• Licensed to practice as a Journeyman Plumber in the State of Louisiana

Skills and Experience

• Five or more years related experience and/or training
• Maintain state driver’s license
• Maintain current State Plumbing license
• Maintain current City Plumbing license
• Ability to work independently and be able to perform tasks using problem-solving skills
• Exhibit sound judgment, strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Post Employment Training Required
