About The Role

Sales Consultant Surgery– Romandie region, Switzerland - Biosurgery Portfolio

As part of our Surgery business you will join a high-performing, collaborative, and customer‑focused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This field-based role covers the Romandie region, working closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class solutions that help transform patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets within the Biosurgery portfolio
  • Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery
  • Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing product lines
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers
  • Grow market share in the portfolio across the Romandie region
  • Ensure high-quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product use
  • Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnership, training, and service excellence
  • Qualifications – Required
  • University degree (Uni/FH)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment
  • Experience specifically in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, CV and/or surgery
  • Fluent French and English language
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region
  • Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows
