Job Title: Transition Manager – Domestic BPO

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end transition of domestic BPO processes from client handover to steady-state operations. Ensure smooth migration, proper planning, and successful delivery within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete transition lifecycle (planning, execution, closure)
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams (Operations, HR, Training, IT)
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and process setup
• Track progress and share regular status updates
• Identify risks and ensure timely resolution
• Support hiring, training, and process ramp-up
• Maintain transition documents and reports

Requirements

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 6–10 years of BPO experience
• Minimum 3 years in transition/project management
• Experience in domestic voice processes preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong project management ability
• Knowledge of BPO operations and metrics
• Problem-solving mindset
