A fast\-growing international company operating in the engineering, construction, and mission\-critical infrastructure sector is seeking a:

Legal Counsel

to join its expanding Legal \& Compliance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and partnering closely with business stakeholders to support strategic projects and day\-to\-day operations.

Missions

  • Provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, governance, and operational matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements.
  • Support legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist with corporate governance activities, including company incorporations, statutory filings, and corporate records management.
  • Advise on contract administration, claims management, and contractual risk allocation.
  • Support strategic projects and provide pragmatic legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist with dispute avoidance, arbitration, litigation, and the management of external counsel when required.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, governance frameworks, and legal operations.

Profile

  • Master in Law or/and qualified lawyer
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Legal Counsel within an international corporate, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC environment.
  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation order management, and contract administration principles.
  • Exposure to arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
  • Experience supporting corporate governance and entity management activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced international environment.
  • Proficiency with legal technology and AI\-powered tools is an advantage.
