About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care NP or PA to join our outpatient family medicine team . This position is an ideal opportunity for new graduates or early-career providers who want to build a solid foundation in primary care while being supported by collaborative clinicians and strong administrative resources .

You’ll provide full-spectrum outpatient care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education .

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
  • Conduct physical exams, review medical histories, and order diagnostics
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
  • Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to coordinate care
  • Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR
  • Remain current with clinical best practices and continuing education requirements
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Puerto Rico programs not accepted)
  • Current DEA license with no restrictions
  • Credentialing eligibility with managed care and commercial insurance plans
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
