To ensure products and services meet the highest standards of quality.
To ensure compliance with standard operating procedure (SOP) and inspection criteria.
Brief inspectors on related QC matters such as change quality inspection, work instructions and quality defects.
Daily arrangement on inspectors work load.
Make decisions on part quality matters and reports to superior on unresolved parts quality issues.
Check, report and make arrangement with regards to inspectors attendance and performance such as physical and emotion
Monitor inspectors discipline to abide all regulations such as observation on safety.
Ensure housekeeping neat and tidy at work place.
Monitor QC inspectors from time to time to ensure conformance to specification or standard.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinate work schedule for inspectors.
