Retail Manager - Full Time

• We are seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to join our experienced team at our Kernans SPAR Charlestown location based in Mayo.
• As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
• Successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Fresh Food.

The Role

• Manage and motivate a team of store employees
• Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and staff
• Ensure store achieves budgets and sale predictions.
• Must have 5 years’ experience in retail
