Fibre Home Installation Technician (Customer Visits)

• Work takes place in customers homes and small property environments. You follow a standard installation process and ensure a high-quality finish.
• This role does not include fusion splicing, fibre blowing, or digging/excavation.
• Key duties
• Agree the installation point and indoor device location with the customer (dry/warm location, close to power).
• Plan and mark the yard route, considering obstacles such as cables/pipes/paving.
• Complete the wall entry, sleeve, careful feed of the pre-terminated fibre cable, and sealing.
• Mount the outdoor termination box and indoor media converter; tidy surface routing where needed.
• Documentation and handover to the next phase.

Requirements

• Prior experience in installation / field service / technician work.
• Driving licence (B).
• Fluent Finnish.
• Good English.
• Comfortable with in-home customer visits.
• Splicing/blowing experience is not required.
