Service Advisor

Job Title: Full-Time Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Service Advisor to join our team at a heavy-duty truck dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CDK and Cummins knowledge, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and process job service repair orders
• Ensure accuracy of time and job stories
• Order parts for jobs as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service advisor role
• Strong knowledge of CDK and Cummins
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, with some weekends as needed
