• Ensure supplier master data accuracy and compliance across ERP systems, with special focus on Spanish-speaking supplier markets.
• Interpret information correctly and able to make sound decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.
• Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects, escalates or remediates errors, if any.
• Create, update, and validate supplier records, including tax IDs, banking details, and certifications in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.
• Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.
• Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.
• Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business.
• Preferred experienced in Master Data
• Can start ASAP.
• Experience in financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is nice to have).
• Familiarity with MS Excel.
