About The Role
- Lead the R&D of laser processing solutions for complex flexible materials (e.g., PET, PI, Ultra-thin Glass, Adhesives).
主导针对复杂柔性材料(如PET、聚酰亚胺PI、超薄玻璃、胶材)的激光加工方案研发。
- Evaluate and select laser sources (CO2, UV nanosecond, Picosecond/Femtosecond) based on material properties and customer requirements.
根据材料特性和客户需求,评估并选型激光器(CO2、紫外纳秒、皮秒/飞秒)。
- Define optical paths, galvo systems, and fixture designs for new projects.
为新项目定义光路、振镜系统及夹具设计。
- Optimize laser parameters (pulse energy, repetition rate, overlap, scanning strategies) to achieve micron-level precision and clean edges (Haze-free, Carbonization-free).
优化激光参数(脉冲能量、频率、重叠率、扫描策略),以实现微米级精度和洁净切面(无雾状、无碳化)。
- Resolve complex processing defects such as edge burrs, thermal effects, and delamination.
解决边缘毛刺、热效应、分层等复杂加工缺陷。
- Establish SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and conduct DOEs (Design of Experiments) to validate process windows.
建立标准作业程序(SOP),并通过实验设计(DOE)验证工艺窗口。
- Spearhead the procurement and specification definition for new UV Ultrafast laser equipment.
主导新型紫外超快激光设备的采购与技术规格定义。
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate laser systems into automated production lines.
与机械工程师合作,将激光系统集成至自动化产线。
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the US headquarters and China operations.
担任美国总部与中国运营团队之间的主要技术联络人。
- Train production teams on laser safety, machine operation, and basic maintenance.
