Intern Talent Relations (all genders)

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of talent collaborations for our partner brands
• Identify and scout suitable talents, while supporting outreach activities and communication with talents and their management teams
• Assist with project management throughout the entire campaign lifecycle – from campaign coordination and reporting to supporting the development of actionable recommendations
• Proactively monitor social media trends, industry news, and emerging talents to identify new opportunities
• Ongoing or completed studies in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Initial experience in marketing, communications, or talent/influencer management is a plus
• A strong passion for social media, with a keen eye for trends and emerging talents
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A creative, structured way of working combined with strong project management skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
