Summary

• Timely managing of production planning from acceptance of order, creation of load plan, monitoring of WIP and creation of work orders
• Creating and supervising production documents
• Continuously coordinating the availability of parts in close cooperation with Warehouse and Purchasing department

Job Description

Duties may include

• Main Duties
• Ensure an efficient and effective operational forecasting from raw materials needed up to loading of production plan and works.
• Coordination of finished products shipment from and within various facilities of Varex Imaging
• Drawing up and implement planning related parameters.
• Initiate process improvements and update capacity statement on needed manpower and production resources to prevent overtime, improve delivery time and increase productivity.
• Decoding of production processes to ERP system and Excel Planning tools
• Provide Order Confirmation to Customer Sales Department based on production planning and availability of materials.
• Ascertain that shipments and delivery schedules are properly planned and coordinated to avoid delays and missed shipments.
• Following the operations strategy according to the long-term company objectives and realize the Planning KPI’s/ targets.
• Reaching the goals set out in the company plan and budget.

Willing and able to work on Saturdays/ Holidays when required Graduate of any four-year course with atleast 1 year working experience from manufacturing set-up or college undergrad with atleast 4 years related experience from manufacturing set-up

• Knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Good understanding of inventory management and demand planning Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
