- Inspire and guide front-line agents to consistently achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Act as the go-to resource for team questions, escalations, and essential support.
- Establish clear, achievable goals, deadlines, and expectations to keep the team focused and motivated.
- Deliver hands-on operational support and swift problem-solving in real-time.
- Drive and track monthly KPIs, including CSAT, sales, and client-specific metrics, to ensure success.
- Utilize performance data to provide insightful coaching and foster continuous team improvement.
