RLBL limited is Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls and other bakery products.

Measure, weigh and mix ingredients according to established recipes and production requirements.

Prepare, knead, shape and portion dough for baking.

Monitor dough fermentation and proofing to ensure consistent results.

Set and operate ovens at the appropriate temperatures and baking times.

Monitor products throughout the baking process.

Check finished products for quality, consistency, texture and appearance.

Prepare bakery products according to daily production requirements.

Ensure ingredients and bakery materials are correctly stored and handled.

Maintain bakery equipment and work areas in a clean and organised condition.

Monitor ingredient stocks and report production requirements when necessary.

Follow food hygiene, food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.

Work efficiently as part of the bakery production team.
