The Opportunity – Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Grok’s continued growth in China and globally. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the People team to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent aligned with our values and business needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop deep recruitment expertise within a global organisation while playing a hands-on role in building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

Deliver End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer stage.
• Draft and post job advertisements that clearly communicate role requirements and Grok’s value proposition.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes to deliver a positive and respectful candidate experience.
• Lead the offer management and negotiation process, guiding candidates through offer discussions to acceptance, ensuring seamless handover to HR Operations for contract documentation and onboarding administration.

Source & Engage Talent

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Headhunt and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Promote Grok’s employer brand across recruitment channels.

Partner with the Business

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Provide guidance on hiring timelines, market availability, and sourcing strategies.
• Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives as required.

Ensure Process & Compliance Excellence

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
• Support compliance with local employment requirements and internal processes.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates will have

✔️ A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

✔️ Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)

✔️ Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple roles at once

✔️ Familiarity with China talent markets and hiring practices

✔️ Interest in working within a global, multicultural organisation
