EVENT CLIENT SERVICES

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our events division. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and creative.

Responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements include, but are not limited to

• High School Diploma required; secondary degree is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in events, rental, hospitality, or another customer service industry required
• Well versed in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PartyCAD is a plus
• Trained in Point of Rental or other rental industry-specific software is a plus
• Experience with sales/marketing package preparation and promotions is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable liaising with customers and knowledgeable in marketing and sales within the events industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Consult with clients to assess event/rental needs and recommend appropriate equipment rental needs
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and invoices for client rentals
• Track inventory and rental equipment availability
• Valid driver's license and own transportation (for offsite coordination)
• Clean police clearance certificate
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed

Compensation: KYD$30,000–$35,000 per annum, based on experience. Medical insurance and pension included per Cayman Islands Government regulations.
