Broker Referral Program - Dubaï

Dear All,

As part of our growth strategy, we are launching a referral program to support the expansion of our broker population.

We are looking for

• Mid to senior brokers
• Strong track record and client relationships
• Dubaï office based

Your network is one of our strongest assets. If you know high-quality brokers who could be a fit, we encourage you to refer them.

Incentive

• USD 10,000
• 50% on joining
• 50% after successful completion of probation

• Referrals must be external candidates not already in process. Please submit profiles via BambooHR. We will ensure a fast turnaround on all submissions.
• This incentive is available for Broker who hire outside of their desk or Support staff only. Employees with direct involvement in hiring are not eligible (BD, Head of office…).
