Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations in the designated region ( Bucuresti, Ilfov, Constanta, Calarasi, Ialomita, Giurgiu, Prahova ,Arges, Dambovita, Buzau). You will focus on developing customer relationships, collaborating with the sales team, and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor and analyze market data and sales performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (in any field);
• Experience in similar positions;
• Knowledge of the medical product distribution market;
• English – intermediate level;
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
