As an H&S Specialist / Prevention Advisor (Level 1 or 2), you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment within a large logistics and operational setting. Your responsibilities Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and internal standards Conduct safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, and implement preventive actions Perform risk analyses and support risk management initiatives Advise on workplace safety, hygiene, and wellbeing topics Monitor contractor safety performance Review chemical products and support emergency preparedness activities Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization

Who are we looking for? You are a Prevention Advisor Level 1 or 2 certification You have had you first 2 years workexperience Relevant experience in Health & Safety, ideally within a larger organization Fluent in Dutch and English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team player with excellent communication abilities Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Power BI, Access)
