Effective and efficient IT services which meet the needs of the client hospital.
Account profitability which meet revenue and margin requirements set at the corporate level.
Effective management of the client relationship and resolution of client issues.
Continuous risk management.
Effective utilization and management of staff such that milestones/goals are obtained and staff is motivated and competent.
Provide indirect leadership as vendor operations management, direction and process owner to an organization consisting of local and remote resources in India.
Governance over Operations, Command Center, and delivery functions.
Insure successful sourcing of datacenter hosting, select a vendor/partner, negotiate terms and manage the on-going relationship and operations.
