ASSISTANT SECTION MANAGER

The role

As an Assistant Section Manager , you support the daily running of your section by helping the team deliver strong standards, smooth product flow and a great customer experience.

This is not a managerial role, but you will be an important support to the Section Manager — helping coordinate priorities, keeping the shopfloor moving and setting the example through your pace, reliability and attitude.

What you’ll do

Support the Section Manager with daily priorities, routines and shopfloor organisation
Help maintain product availability through replenishment, recovery and stock movement
Support delivery and newness placement, ensuring product reaches the shopfloor quickly and accurately
Keep your section clean, tidy, commercial and easy for customers to shop
Support fitting rooms, tills, product queries and customer touchpoints when needed
Help colleagues stay focused during busy moments, escalating issues where needed
Use store tools and technology for stock checks, product requests and availability support
Follow company procedures, security routines and Health & Safety guidelines
Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
