Responsibilities

• Manage equity operations with a focus on international IPO anchor and cornerstone placement.
• Handle daily clearing and settlement for equity trades.
• Lead client onboarding for institutional (FI, corporate) and select PI individual accounts.
• Collaborate with internal desks and external clients to resolve operational issues.
• Drive process improvements and readily adopt new systems and products as needed.

Pre-requisites

• 1–5 years of hands-on equity operations experience in a brokerage or investment bank.
• Proven practical experience in IPO placing, including anchor and cornerstone subscriptions.
• Solid client onboarding experience for institutional and corporate accounts.
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable learning new things independently.
