About The Role

Manage a Team of Supervisors to meet the Targets and to have under control CONTRACTOR activity
Support together Engineering to solve technical issues referred to design, installation, or testing
Manage properly the applicable standards and ensure compliance
Can drive the transition from CONSTRUCTION to COMMISSIONING stage
Manage the relationship and targets with CONTRACTOR
Produce proper report about targets, achievements, identifying weaknesses and challenges with CONTRACTOR
Identify critical activities and deviations, providing solutions
Enforce Project SAFETY rules and values
Lead by the example
Be familiar with the standards in force in Saudi Arabia or Aramco's standards
Master the activity at the level of a complete package

 
Engineering/Diploma degree
Duration - 1 year, renewable
6 days a week work in Jubail
5 rotations allowed with a budget allowed for flights, depending on country of origin
