Field Service Supervisor - Pest Control

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership (field-based) to the service team to drive day-to-day performance and service quality.
• Lead and manage on-site service operations (outdoor/field work), leveraging frontline experience to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with procedures.
• Assist Manager to prepare and present pest control reports for client and management review.
• Coordinate with other departments on project implementation and monitor on-site progress to ensure deliverables are met.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review service materials, equipment, vehicles, and techniques to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Deliver on-site and classroom training for the team, focusing on frontline skills and service standards.
• Manage and develop the team to improve performance and meet KPI targets.
• Ensure the team delivers excellent service to all customers.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a supervisory or management level.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsive.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications is an advantage.
• Ability to perform outdoor work as required.
