About The Role

Responsibilities

Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
Report to C&S QP, work closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.
Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
Manage the site supervisors with respect to civil and structural engineering works.
Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
To carry out all inspection that is under submission, including ERSS, and specialist work that will need his supervision, whenever required.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in C&S Engineering from an University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
Registered Resident Engineer (with BCA / IES / ACES) with minimum 5 years of Resident Engineer experience.
Familiar with Singapore Building Control Act and Construction Regulations.
