HalfPrice | Maintenance Specialist (retail, construction) (f/m)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and technical condition of all Modivo Group stores in Spain
• Plan and coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities
• Manage relationships with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
• Monitor facility budgets and control maintenance-related costs
• Respond to store maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct regular store inspections and identify areas for improvement
• Support store openings, relocations, and refurbishments from a facilities perspective
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports
• Ensure consistent retail standards across all locations
• Key skills & experience
• Background or current student status in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or Architecture would be a strong advantage
• Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or technical operations (preferably in retail or multi-site environment)
• Strong organizational, budget management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in cooperating with contractors and service providers
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and accelerate operational decisions
• English level B2/C1
