Inbound Logistics Execution Execute inbound logistics, monitor in-transit materials and complete documentation Outbound Project Logistics Execute dispatch of SIDEL machines, modules, kits, and spare parts for domestic and international customers. Support project-based shipments, including phased deliveries and site-specific logistics requirements. Coordinate packing, labeling, and handling for oversized, high-value, and export-controlled equipment Export / Import Trade Compliance Ensure compliance with SIDEL Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and applicable export/import regulations. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure compliant customs clearance. Timely payments. Maintain accurate and audit-ready export/import documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BoL/AWB, and compliance records. Support internal and external trade compliance audits and corrective actions. Support restricted party screening, embargo/sanctions checks, and license determination under guidance of regional trade teams. Track logistics costs including freight, packaging, special handling, detention, and demurrage.
