Operations Manager - Fluoro

In this role you will lead manufacturing planning across both facilities located in Monte Marenzo and Mantova to maximise capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction You will drive improvements in OTD, Quality, Productivity and margin performance Further you will deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives Supporting business growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements will be part of your role You will deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget You will be working closely with Commercial colleagues, build strong relationships with key customer and strategic partners Further you will lead, coach and develop a high-performing tram across both locations
