Full-stack Software Developer (.Net/Blazor)

About The Role

This position is for a Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET, Blazor or HTMX) to join our CodeHQ Vietnam team in HCMC (Quan 12).

We have two upcoming projects you may find interesting: a Medical Management platform and a Transport & Logistics system. You will be working on web applications that require strong .NET skills along with modern frontend experience in either Blazor or HTMX. Experience with cloud technologies will also be advantageous.

Our team practices agentic AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot Enterprise and Claude Code, combined with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and end-to-end testing with Playwright.

Your skills and experience

Essential dev skills

  • Strong .NET Core, C# and Web API
  • Strong experience with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly) or HTMX
  • Database design and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
  • Microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
  • Unit and integration testing

APIs

  • Experience working with AI-related technologies or integrations
  • Familiarity with agentic AI development workflows (e.g., using agents in GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Claude Code)
  • It would be helpful to have hands-on experience with DDD, BDD, TDD, and/or Playwright for end-to-end testing
  • Good understanding of the Agile/Scrum development methodology

Preferred dev skills

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, Identity Server)
  • Prior work in healthcare, logistics, or other regulated/operationally complex domains

Essential soft skills

  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. IELTS certification preferred.
  • Strong team player, positive attitude, and professionalism.
  • 5+ years’ practical experience in designing, developing and delivering commercial software applications
  • Experience with working with overseas customers.
