Institutional Digital Marketing Associate Specialist

About The Role
Role Summary
The job holder is responsible for driving NHCI’s digital marketing initiatives by delivering integrated digital experiences and optimizing digital communication channels to strengthen institutional visibility, enhance stakeholder engagement, and maximize the effectiveness of digital communications across NHCI.
Functional Accountabilities
- Ensure the effective execution of institutional digital marketing initiatives across digital channels to support communication objectives and audience engagement.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels in alignment with approved plans, timelines, and brand standards.
- Implement digital campaign activities by coordinating content deployment, channel activation, and audience targeting requirements.
- Support the development and execution of omni-channel digital campaigns to enhance institutional reach and engagement.
- Perform digital content publishing activities across social media platforms, websites, and communication channels while ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor digital campaign performance, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze digital marketing insights and performance results to support continuous improvement of campaigns and communication effectiveness.
- Implement website content updates, landing pages, and digital assets to enhance user experience and content accessibility.
- Ensure digital content complies with SEO practices, accessibility standards, and institutional communication requirements.
- Support CRM-based digital communication activities through audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and targeted messaging.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy requirements, consent preferences, and digital communication standards.
- Monitor social media interactions, audience sentiment, and digital trends to support NHCI’s online presence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners to deliver digital marketing initiatives.
- Follow up on campaign deliverables, content approvals, and execution timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain digital marketing calendars, campaign documentation, performance reports, and communication records.
- Execute testing and optimization activities, including content variations, audience targeting adjustments, and channel improvements.
- Support the implementation of digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain awareness of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure digital marketing outputs align with NHCI’s brand identity, communication standards, and institutional objectives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or any related field is required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Certifications in CIPR, PRSA APR, IABC CMP/SCMP, or AMEC International Certificate in Communication Measurement and Evaluation are optional
