• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (water, waste, gas, fixtures, valves, etc.)
• Perform service calls in commercial and light industrial settings
• Communicate findings, repair options, and timelines to customers
• Complete work in compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
• Document work performed and materials used
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if assigned)
