About The Role
A facility technician keeps buildings and equipment safe, clean, and working well by doing daily checks, fixing broken parts, and helping with safety rules. Key duties include routine repairs, safety checks, and vendor coordination
Minimum qualification of a Professional Certificate, SPM/Vocational, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
Skills and Experience
- M&E Knowledge : Practical know-how in handling HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general building repairs.
- Troubleshooting : Ability to diagnose and fix equipment faults or system alarms quickly.
- Work History : Usually 1 to 3 years of hands-on building maintenance or factory utility experience. [
