Telephone Operator

The Telephone Operator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing telephone communications for InterContinental Hua Hin Resort while delivering exceptional, courteous, and professional service. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring all calls, inquiries, requests, and messages are handled efficiently and in accordance with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) standards.

The Telephone Operator plays a critical role in creating positive guest experiences by providing accurate information, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining effective communication between guests and hotel departments.
