Quality Engineer

• ► Be channel with customer about quality issue and any quality relate request.
• ► Respond for customer complain handling, NG return / replacement, prepare customer 8D report submit to customer within due date.
• ► Lead meeting with internal team about customer quality issue, summarize MoM and follow up until complete all action.
• ► Analyze any quality issue by proper QC tool to find out root cause and action taken. Implement effective action
• ► Respond for customer visit / audit regarding quality issue, QMS and new product qualification.
• ► Meeting with customer both on-site and on-line in English or Thai language.
• ► Respond for internal quality control and OQA, create internal specification from customer drawing and customer requirement.
• ► Respond for PPAP or FA package for new product, cooperate with internal team to complete and submit to customer within due date.
• ► Final authorize to confirm NPI product quality and release shipment.
• ► Respond for nonconforming material, WIP, FG and FG return from customer
• ► Support internal audit activity to achieve ISO standard (ISO90001 / ISO13485).
• ► Control and minimize quality lost cost.
