About The Role

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary responsibility will be to process credit applications and ensure smooth operations. You will be the bridge between our customers and the credit processing team, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.   • Process credit applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely approvals or rejections.
  • Review and analyze customer credit profiles, financial statements, and other relevant documents.
  • Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to credit processing.
  • Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, implementing strategies to minimize defaults.
  • Monitor and analyze credit trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit processing.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software, such as credit scoring models.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards related to credit processing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing.
