About The Role

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee credit operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role is key to maintaining positive relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and oversee credit operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding credit processes and requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints related to credit, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Process and review credit applications, performing necessary checks and verifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless credit operation flow.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, implementing necessary changes when required.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on credit operations to the management team.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members on credit processes.
  • Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience throughout the credit journey.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar credit operation or customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit processes and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and credit management software is an asset.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling credit-related information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
