Our Clovis West branch is seeking an FSR II or III to guide and support 30+ high school students serving as Student Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) This unique opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding member service. You'll play a vital role in modeling professional behavior, assisting both members and students with transactions, and fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support student FSRs in their day to day transactions
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills (or desire to develop them)
• Provide exceptional member service
• Assist with financial transactions and members on platform with membership and loans
• Encourage leadership, teamwork, and professionalism among student staff
• Help maintain operational efficiency and a positive branch atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience
• Desire to provide outstanding member service
• Ability to cross-sell
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Dependable (arrive to work on time as scheduled)
• Candidates for FSR II will have membership/vault or lending experience
• Spanish speaking is desired
