Responsibilities / Tasks
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in Poland and selected EMEA countries.
- Partnering with managers and advising them on talent acquisition strategies.
- Proactively sourcing candidates using modern sourcing techniques and tools.
- Supporting candidate interviews for hiring managers and People Partner throughout the selection and decision-making process.
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and developing talent pipelines.
- Creating engaging job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
- Participating in international HR projects and sharing best practices with the global recruitment community.
- Driving employer branding initiatives in support of the People Partner through participation in job fairs, cooperation with universities, and industry events.
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and initiating improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Have experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Are comfortable using direct search methods and proactively engaging candidates.
- Have a strong command of both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
- Are fluent in at least one additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or another European language).
- Can build strong partnerships with managers and have a solid understanding of business needs.
- Are self-driven, well-organized, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Can effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Have experience in international recruitment and knowledge of ATS systems Workday - which would be considered an advantage.
- Available and willing to travel regularly for business purposes within Poland (Warsaw, Bydgoszcz, Gdynia), approximately 6-8 days per month.
