About The Role

In this position you will....

Lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination of vendors, suppliers, and customers to deliver service excellence against KPIs and SLAs. You will drive performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and data-led decision-making across logistics activities.

You will be responsible for…

Coordinating and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations, including pickup, delivery, and shipment tracking.
Managing logistics vendors and supplier relationships, including performance reviews, service capability assessments, and improvement actions.
Leading regular operational reviews (daily, weekly, monthly) and facilitating meetings with internal teams and external partners.
Analyzing logistics performance data by region, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Monitoring and maintaining accurate operational records (e.g., shipments, inventory, vendor invoices) and ensuring compliance with agreed processes and SLAs.
Producing timely and accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support operational visibility and decision-making.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and align logistics activities with broader business objectives.
Initiating clearly defined agreed corrective action plans with our suppliers from analysis, with an outcome to quickly align supplier performance with bolttech KPI’s.
Distributing regular weekly data analysis on issue trends and KPI impact that all parties can clearly understand (using graph data).
Handling enquiries from internal and occasionally external stakeholders
Providing advice to other areas of the Logistics function as required by management

You will require the following qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or courier operations.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including airfreight, import/export regulations, and cost structures.
Proven experience in performance analysis, reporting, and vendor management.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of modern smart devices, including phones, tablets, watches, etc.
Familiarity with mobile industry trends and vendor relationship management.
Proven ability to analyze operational processes and implement proactive measures to address challenges.
Experience in solving service and business problems to improve operational efficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to coworkers and customers.
Proficient or intermediate level in English (oral and written).
Detail-oriented and meticulous personality capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory processes.
Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory audits, and overall logistics management.
