Job Description

Market Analysis & Forecasting (MA&F) is Philips' trusted source for market sizing, forecasting, and share insights, enabling data-driven strategic and financial decisions across the enterprise.

As the MA&F lead for the Personal Health business, you will shape and interpret market outlooks, providing leadership with clear, objective, and actionable market perspectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders across business, strategy, finance, and regions, you will help drive critical decisions through credible and consistent market intelligence.

Your role

  • Own the relationship and MA&F work agenda for the Personal Health Business
  • Lead the development, interpretation, and communication of market sizing and forecasting views
  • Synthesize market, competitive, macroeconomic, and business inputs into clear implications for leadership
  • Frame key business questions and translate them into clear analytical workplans and decision-relevant insights
  • Challenge and validate market assumptions used in strategic plans, financial plans, and senior leadership discussions
  • Drive alignment across Businesses, Regions, Finance, and Strategy on market definitions, assumptions, and outlooks
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide methodologies, tools, datasets, and ways of working

You're the right fit if

  • You have 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance, market intelligence, equity research, or a related analytical role
  • You have a strong track record of structuring ambiguous business questions and translating analysis into clear recommendations
  • You communicate complex topics clearly and concisely in executive-level written and verbal formats
  • You can manage multiple priorities, make explicit trade-offs, and maintain focus on the highest-value questions
  • You are comfortable working in global and cross-functional environments
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is a plus

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 78,187.00 - 130,312.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for 3% short-term incentive, with your rewards linked to

both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
