About The Role
- Lead analysis : Gather deep business requirements through stakeholder workshops and data studies.
- Process design : Map out workflows and re-engineer systems to boost efficiency.
- Bridge teams : Act as the main link between business operations and IT developers.
- Report insights : Create data reports and business cases for senior leaders.
- Mentor team : Guide junior analysts and set best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst.
- Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
