数字营销经理 Digital Sales Manager

岗位内容 Job Responsibilities: 1. 制定酒店官网、OTA平台（携程、飞猪等）及社交媒体的整体数字营销策略，提升品牌曝光与客房、餐饮、宴会的在线预订转化。 Develop overall digital marketing strategies for the hotel's official website, OTA platforms (Ctrip, Fliggy, etc.), and social media, to increase brand exposure and online booking conversion for rooms, F&B, and banquets. 2. 负责OTA平台房源上架、价格策略、促销活动及点评管理，维护酒店评分与排名。 Manage OTA property listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and review management, to maintain hotel ratings and rankings. 3. 策划并执行社交媒体内容（图文、短视频、直播），展示酒店设施与服务，吸引潜在客人关注与种草。 Plan and execute social media content (graphics, short videos, live streaming) to showcase hotel facilities and services, attracting potential guests's attention and inspiring their interest. 4. 利用数据分析工具监测各渠道流量、转化率及收益指标，为定价与促销策略提供数据支撑。 Utilize data analysis tools to monitor traffic, conversion rates, and revenue metrics across all channels, providing data support for pricing and promotion strategies. 5. 协同销售、前厅、餐饮等部门，统筹线上线下营销活动，确保品牌形象统一。 Collaborate with sales, front office, F&B and other departments to coordinate online and offline marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency. 岗位要求 Job Requirements： 1. 本科及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Hotel Management, Marketing, Advertising or related fields. 2. 4-6年数字营销经验，其中至少3年国际酒店经验。 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in international hotels. 3. 精通OTA平台（携程、飞猪等）后台操作，熟悉社交媒体运营及内容创作工具，具备数据分析能力。 Proficient in OTA platform back-end operations (Ctrip, Fliggy, etc.), familiar with social media operations and content creation tools, with strong data analysis capabilities. 4. 具备出色审美与品牌意识，沟通协调能力强，能应对旺季高强度营销节奏。 Possess excellent aesthetic sense and brand awareness, strong communication and coordination skills, and able to handle high-intensity marketing pace during peak seasons. 5. 英语流利，能够与国际平台客户进行商务沟通。 Fluent in English, capable of business communication with international platform clients.
